As a committed and passionate professional, Deb brings a wealth of experience to her role as Business Analyst at International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®).

Most recently, Deb has taken on an exciting new role as Product Manager at IIBA®.  As Product Manager, Deb leverages her experience and drive to further the growth of the business analysis discipline through the creation and improvement of essential resources to support practitioners, as they deliver better business outcomes for their respective organizations.

 In 2013, Deb successfully built on her knowledge, experience and commitment to business analysis by obtaining her Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation. 

Deb began her career in market research and project management. Prior to joining IIBA®, Deb managed a variety of IT projects for a loyalty marketing company.  Through this experience, she acquired the taste for business analysis, and hasn’t looked back since.

Over the years, Deb has honed her skill set as a business analyst to deliver on capability in the realm of website design and redesign, system procurement, technology upgrades and enhancements, data migration and process improvement. Her experience in enterprise-sized projects has strengthened her commitment to focus on how to manage the impact a capability change has on all aspects of an organization’s environment.

Deb is a proud member of the business analysis community and is committed to further building the recognition of the profession and providing practitioners with essential knowledge, tools and resources.
