As organization mature in their approaches to business change, the topic of governance will certainly raise its head.

What is it? How much is enough? Do we need separate forms of governance for each professional practice we take on? Is Business performance governance the same as practices governance? Do we need separate business, architecture and IT portfolios and investments? What about governance over standards and practices? Is the governance over regulatory compliance different? There are lots of options and you cannot ask the executives to be involved in them all.

The biggest questions involve how much do we really need, what decisions have to be made, who should participate and how should you do it in the most effective and efficient manner. This session will feature panelist from respected companies who will bring their insights to this challenge.
