Henrik Ekstam has, as most swedes, lived with IKEA his whole life. Four years ago he decided to also make it a part of his professional life, taking up a role as a business architect with the challenge of bringing digitalisation to a major global corporation, in order to stay relevant for their customers. Throughout his professional life Henrik has had a focus on customers, either as business developer or line manager. He has worked on developing value propositions for a broad range of industries, from power drills, pleasure boats, cell networks, retirement funds and of course furniture. He is a strong evangelist for using architecture to become more agile.
