Ethan Shvartzman is a Chief Product Owner at the Walt Disney Company with over 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business & System Architecture, Business Process Development and Product Management. He has an outstanding track record of delivering business solutions for Disney, HBO, NBCU, FOX, Entertainment Partners and other entertainment companies.

In addition to developing great products, Ethan is passionate about utilizing Agile methodologies in every phase of the product lifecycle. In his role as team leader, helps teams successfully transform existing development methods into Agile practices. Additionally, throughout his career he established business analysis teams and practices in numerous technology departments, and aligned those analysis practices with the Agile approach.

In addition to his work at the Walt Disney Company, Ethan is an active member of the DEG Technical Committee and works with EMA group on data exchange standards.
