As a consulting business analyst I help organisations to improve their performance by delivering controlled change through definition of stakeholder need, and designing and delivering solutions that meet that need. With a particular focus on strategic context and enterprise analysis, I help to facilitate solutions to business problems. With over ten years of business analysis experience, I have helped to deliver change in transformation, e-commerce, infrastructure, risk, governance, and security initiatives. In the role of Asia Pacific Capability Lead for Business Analysis and Process Optimisation at SMS, I provide BA leadership to over 200 business analysts in the region. I am accountable for developing local and national Communities of Practice, establishing and developing pathways for career development, and leveraging organisational capability to bring fresh perspectives to business analysis.
