Ian Mitchell

Ian has been in IT for more than 30 years, and a BA for more than 20. He and has taught, mentored and lead teams of BAs in banking, telecoms, insurance and retail. He's written and taught courses on UML and BPMN, team modelling, and modeling, and has spoken at many conferences about business analysis, modelling and knowledge curation.
