Frank has 34 years of experience in Information Technology (Systems Analysis and Design, (Data and Information Systems Development, Programming), Process Analysis, and Project Management primarily at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. While spending most of his time doing process analysis and improvement, he's still a 'data guy' and still loves to design, collect, clean, and analyze data. Frank works with internal customers throughout the Lab such as Research and Project Management, Information Technology, Safeguards and Security, Human Resource Management, Records and Information Management, Communications and Marketing.
