The gap between strategy and execution that exists in many organisations needs constant attention. Organisations with a strong need for agility and excellence in executing their unique business strategy or policy should close this gap. Vertical and horizontal alignment starts with clear terminology. I create a common language framework between departments and management layers, start a collaboration initiative and support the feedback loop with data analytics and decision support systems.To achieve these results I use my expertise in artificial intelligence and experience in expert systems development, decision support systems, business rules and all related AI technology including machine learning, text generation, controlled natural languages and semantic web models.
