Incorporating Disruptive Innovation into your Business Strategy and Operations
Presented by: Mallie Rydzik
Disruption can be a difficult thing to handle for businesses that are not prepared to adapt their strategy or processes when new models are introduced to the industry. In this session, we'll discuss how businesses can welcome disruption and take a proactive (rather than reactive) approach to managing the change.
We'll contrast examples of businesses that are successfully adapting to disruption with those that are failing, and review the trends and technology that are driving these changes. Attendees will be asked to consider if and how disruption will impact their companies.
This session will conclude with a repeatable framework for approaching disruptive innovation on both a large and small scale. This framework will include both strategic and operational level tools for change management and adaptation.
What Attendees Will Learn:
- Adapting your business strategy
- Adapting your processes
- Hybrid approaches to change management
- A reusable framework for approaching disruptive innovation
