The key to engaging people at work is to firstly help them recognize their own values and strengths, and then to make sure their managers are encouraging them to tap into those powerful personal assets as much as possible to support the company's mission - thus becoming an entrepreneur within the context of the organization -- the Corporate Intrapreneur. This talk helps employees to identify their values and strengths and develop paths to innovation. As a result of your employees identifying their personal strengths and values, they are able maximize productivity by aligning them to the company's goals - thus improving individual and organizational performance!

Clinton got into coaching after seeing the need for the role while working with business leaders and supporting their need for objective advice and counsel. With his primary experience being in entrepreneurially based technology companies, Clinton has been intimately involved in working with leadership of all levels of an organization and across all disciplines. Clinton understands the needs of organizations and his commission is to inspire and empower everyone he encounters to be their very best.
