Change Management in Fast-Paced Organizations
Presented by: Amy Smith, Asha Sunil
Is your organization growing so fast and needs changing so quickly that you find yourself in a fire-fighting mode all the time?
Effective change management can help you transition from reactive to proactive mode- however in fast-paced organizations there is no time or infrastructure to have a lengthy and formal change management process. Our process improvement excellence team has tested several change management techniques in the customer operations world. In this session- you will hear about what worked for us and what did not, the challenges we faced and how we worked around the constraints.
Change management is often the elephant in the room that nobody wants to address till things go wrong. The aim of this presentation is to make change management more pragmatic for your team/organization without introducing delays or redundancy.
What Attendees Will Learn:
- Change management Benefits and Efficiency Gains
- Pragmatic Change Management Techniques
