I have been in the IT field for over 20 years, leveraging skills for both analysis and relationship management.
My current role: Being an advocate for facilitation and collaboration at US Bank to advance the progress of IT projects in support of business initiatives. This includes the design, development and delivery of customized work sessions as well as spreading the knowledge and use of collaborative techniques. I also have the privilege of shepherding the Business Analysis Community of Practice......now over 700 members.
My passion: Helping others find their answers and own them as they move forward.
