Kelly has over 20 years of experience in IT working as a project manager, a release manager, and an IT educator. Kelly is currently pursuing a PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS) and is interested in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) tools and how best to implement successfully within organizations to ensure business needs align with organizational focus. With the vast amount of people approaching retirement, it is vital that organizations learn process improvement and become more streamlined, Kelly has multiple years of working in process improvement within multiple organizations spanning from privately owned software companies, to healthcare, and the utility industry.
