Transforming Our Perceptions of Business Relationship Management
Presented by: JC Quintana
We use many terms to describe the processes, strategies, and technology that help build business relationships. Terms like relationship, engagement, and experience describe our customer, employee, and partner efforts and investments. But how do business relationships really develop and deteriorate? And is it possible that what we describe as "experience management" is actually applicable across all our business relationships? How do we align our operational needs and the business models that make us more effective with the strategies that create genuine and profitable relationships. Author and educator JC Quintana shares seven foundational components required for successful business relationships. Sharing from his book, "Serious Relationships: The Seven Elements of Successful Business Relationships", JC talks about the roles of definition, engagement, personalization, service, transparency, and experience in our efforts to win customer and retain employees and partner channels.
