Mr. Pickens' industry experience spans Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance. He is a certified six sigma black belt specializing in leaning service processes and also a certified SCRUM Master.

Colin has been with TD for 7 years and is currently TD's Enterprise Real Estate (ERE) Manager of Technology for the Business Management and Governance group. He is responsible for the strategic planning, project oversight and operational execution/support of various technologies in ERE (e.g. TRIRIGA). Prior to joining TD, Colin worked over 8 years in IT as a Software Developer, Technical Product Manager, Consultant, Project Manager and Trainer in IT Automation, Efficiency and Workflow. In addition to working in the financial field, he also brings experience working in the software industry and legal industry.
