From BA To BRM to Business Leader

Business Analysts have been a foundation for success in organizations for years. The Business Relationship Manager is an evolving and increasingly important role that interfaces frequently with business analysts as it plays strategic liaison between IT and the business. Together, they are a powerful team that propels project and IT success. This session will focus on how they work together. It will highlight the common skill sets between BA and BRM. It will show where they work in the enterprise. Finally, it will provide insight for the BA who may want to move into Business Relationship Management. It is one more opportunity for BAs to advance their career forward and achieve the success they deserve.
