Alyce Neperud is a Senior Business Analyst at Cincinnati Insurance Company (CIC). She is a member of the company’s Business Analysis Center of Excellence Leadership team and serves as a coach to many business analysts on key projects for the company. At CIC she lead an initiative that made the diagramming of insurance products a key part of the business analysis toolkit. As a consultant and business owner for the majority of her 25 year career, she was frequently engaged as a business analyst partnered with architect and development teams to develop solutions in finance, insurance and government. She worked on product configuration, business rule and other custom software solutions. She enjoys writing and teaching and creative thinking. Alyce is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), she speaks frequently at CIC educational sessions, spoke at the ACORD Implementation Forum and presented at BBC in 2015.
