At the TD Bank, James Pickens is the Lead Business Architect and Program Manager for the following Enterprise Real Estate initiatives: Business Architecture, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse, Data Governance, North American Lease Administration (Tririga), North American Affiliate Transactions for regulating cross-border services, and US Real Estate operating procedures.

Mr. Pickens' industry experience spans Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance. He is a certified six sigma black belt specializing in leaning service processes and also a certified SCRUM Master.

Mr. Pickens' professional affiliations include the American Society of Quality, the Society for Information Management, the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, and the SCRUM Alliance.
