Lisa Gentile is a CBAP with in-depth experience in the Order to Delivery solutions. With 15 years of experience at Ford Motor Company, she has co-led the Business Analysis Community of Practice at Ford Motor Company as well the Global Order to Delivery Business Analyst forum. Lisa's career has seen several rewrites of Order to Delivery systems, most recently a multi-year program effort to move from many regional applications to a single global to delivery suite of applications. This global effort involves not only creating global software solutions but also implementing business process change to leverage global capabilities across the globe. Her role has varied over the years from software analyst, database administrator, business analyst, business process owner proxy and now Strategic Portfolio Analyst.
