Susan is currently a Program Manager at The Vanguard Group in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. Susan is a multi-faceted Business Analysis professional with experience in project planning, process improvement, business systems analysis, software quality assurance, and data design. She has worked in the financial services, insurance, and manufacturing industries. She is an expert in Agile requirements planning and execution, she is a leader of enterprise-level Business Architecture efforts, and she is an author and trainer of in-house Business Analysis courses. Susan is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) and a champion of the BA role. Susan regularly presents at Business Analysis conferences. She served as past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). She also contributed to the IIBA® Agile Extension to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
