Deborah Green is a Senior Business Rules Analyst at USAA. She has worked at USAA for 31 years where the last 10 years have been focused on requirements engineering, business modeling and business architecture. Deborah holds the CPCU, INS, and AIS professional designations. She is currently engaged in establishing a business rule approach and capturing and managing Property and Casualty (P&C) Policy Service business rules while improving the related skills and methods.
