Laurent is an IBM Technical Specialist focused on Business Process and Decision Management solutions. Engaging with companies in various industries, he works at improving & optimizing their business operations by getting IT & business teams to closely collaborate, enabling non-technical users to take direct part in the operational change management process. Laurent is a Certified IBM ODM developer & IBM BPM business analyst, and holds Computer Science & Engineering Master's degrees from Engineer School ESME Sudria in Paris, France & San Jose State University in California.
