This will address specifically the role of the BA and how that role is coordinated with a Project Manager in projects utilizing a predictive approach. It will also address the role of a BA in conjunction with a Product Owner in an adaptive project effort.

Greta Blash, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMI
Greta Blash has extensive experience as an executive and consulting IT professional, both domestically and internationally. Her areas of experience include business analysis, project management, product management, agile development, customer relationship management, and business intelligence.
Greta has taught project management, business analysis and agile essential and certification courses worldwide for the last ten years. She taught the entire Master of Project Management program for DeVry/Keller in Las Vegas. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of business analysis, agile and project management, using a blended approach.
She is the co-author of Basics of Good Project Management, in addition to a number of videos on youtube.
In addition to her CSM and PMP certification, she also holds an agile certification (PMI-ACP) and business analysis (PMI-PBA) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
