Presented by: Aaron Burns, Mary Sue Moore

Heraclitus said “change is the only constant in life”.  With the today’s breakneck pace of technology and business innovation, you could adjust that for the business world by saying, "Businesses who don’t constantly adapt will die." The question is, how do you thrive in the midst of these constant and mostly needed disruptions?  This presentation is a step by step survival guide that leaders and individuals can use to prosper in the face of change.  Participants will be treated to the experience and learnings of two seasoned technology professionals.  The topics will include understanding change, defining your place in a transformation, selling your team's place, setting clear and aligned goals, and helping your organization to successfully transform.

Learning Objectives:

  • Step-by-step process to deal with transformation/change
  • Selling team value
  • Goal setting
  • Reintegrating team after change
