The Industry is changing. Change itself is accepted as a norm. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Hybrid versions of Agile is widely accepted in the Industry. With all the different versions / variations of Agile, what does a Business Analyst do in this wide spectrum? Do we still need Business Analysts ? Does Agile include Business Analysis? Raj G Kumar has over 20 years of IT experience in progressive roles. With over 10+ years as a Senior Business & Process Analyst working in Automotive, Advertising, Energy, Patents & Trademarks and Retail Industry.
Over 15 years of hands on experience in analyzing, designing, developing and deploying software solutions using formal methodologies and best practices such as Waterfall, RUP, and Agile. With over 7+ years coaching BA's in requirements gathering best practices, and in using formal methodologies such as RUP and Agile.
Currently he's with Ford Motor Company in the Agile CoE department with coaching and transforming programs within the organization into Agile.

Currently she's with Ford Motor Company in the Agile CoE department, leading workshops and training sessions to teach others the best way to create and run teams using an agile methodology. She also acts as a servant leader, coaching and transforming programs within the organization into Agile.
