Jessie Sims
Senior Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst for the last 15 years, I have had the opportunity to work on many strategic and business transformational projects. Projects that range from implementing healthcare reform, enterprise data strategies, enterprise reporting strategies, to entire policy administration system replacements. I have been fortunate to be a part of some wonderful business analysis teams, as well as, within the last five years lead a large, multi-functional business analysis team. At times this team reached eight BA Leads and 30 BAs. The complex work included system generated documentation output, UI configuration, converting business from old systems, and working with a configurable rating engine. As a Business Analysis program leader it is more than resourcing and tasks; it is important for me to understand and recognize the unique contributions of each team member and how their skills and abilities can best serve the vision and strategy for the overall program success.
