Navigating Change and Driving Transformation
Presented by: Kim Beynon
This session will compare and contrast two real-life transformations from the perspective of the program leader. The first is the complete organizational redesign and implementation of a scalable finance operation resulting in a 20% reduction in run rate. The second is the creation of a new organizational model and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures to meet Federal Reserve requirements for the first insurance company designated as a Systemically Important Financial Institution (SIFI). You will gain an understanding of what is required for a successful transformation, the challenges you will face and lessons learned along the way.
Attendees Will Learn:
