Today's Business Analysts are faced with the daunting task of balancing multiple development methodologies — Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall — all while ensuring they meet organization's needs of traceability, compliance and requirements modeling. In this session we will explore what's new in the next generation of requirements management tools that bring together different development methodologies, traceability, compliance and collaboration features that all work together to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ashu Potnis began his career thirty years ago typing COBOL code on mainframe "character mode" screens. In 1996 he co-developed SQL Navigator, a popular tool for Oracle databases.
In the past decade Ashu has helped implement requirements management tools and related processes at over one hundred organizations worldwide in his consulting assignments that have taken him across four continents. An electrical engineer by training, Ashu guides product direction at TechnoSolutions Corporation based in Vancouver, Washington, USA.

He is currently working with TechnoSolutions to provide pre and post sales consultation and training services based on his extensive knowledge of TopTeam.
