Fail Fast, Move On
Presented by: Oliver Kocs
Business success often depends on selecting those ideas that achieve the greatest positive impact and then implementing them as quickly as possible. This is exactly what enterprise architects, empowered through a live knowledge base, can help idea-makers with. Within a few hours, analyzing trusted information about the possible dependencies and using a good modelling tool are enough to assess the complexity of a new demand with a high level of accuracy. This assessment enables business decision makers to invest in the right project or to scrap it and move on to the next idea. Our SAMU tool was built to serve this purpose and we have the know-how to make this knowledge base continuously live and accurate.
