As Assistant Vice President, Business Transformation, Sheri is responsible for setting the approach and overseeing the execution of business and technology transformational efforts at The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. The Business Transformation team provides services in project management, business analysis, agile services, portfolio of change initiatives, and change management. Sheri and her team partner with business leaders throughout Penn Mutual to drive change.

Sheri's strategic oversight to multiple ongoing projects and responsiveness to new and changing priorities is evident in her 14 years with Penn Mutual. Previously she worked as a Business Analyst supporting multiple business areas before transitioning to the Product Management area, leading teams as they developed products from concept and feasibility to production.
