The Sociale Verzekeringsbank (Social Security's Bank) in the Netherlands started about 2 years ago setting up a couple of data science pilots, to see what it could bring to the business. Within a couple of months everyone was convinced, but then the real challenge begun.
This is a down-to-earth talk about the challenge to find the right business problems / opportunities, translate those into data science solutions and build the right team to deliver those insights that help organisations work smarter and become more customer-centric.
