How To Play Dual Role of BA and PM
Presented by: Greta Blash
Rather than treating the roles of a project manager and business analysis on a project as separate, distinct activities, this presentation will address the ways in which a single individual can provide both the roles and responsibilities of a project manager and a business analysis on a project effort. Rather than treating the two roles individually, the activities of both roles can be combined and coordinated to enable a more complete understanding and delivery of the requirements needed to successfully deliver a solution that meets stakeholder needs.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of a BA on a project
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of a PM on a project
- To understand how to combine the responsibilities of a BA and PM on a project
