How To Demonstrate Alignment From Corporate Strategy to Initiatives

Interested in demonstrating how your initiative fits into the big picture (enterprise business architecture)? This session offers insight on how to develop a strategic alignment logical model that provides a line of visibility from initiative to corporate strategy. It is a great communications tool to use with business managers, executives and include in business cases. It can also be used as a foundation for demonstrating business value and determining key performance indicators.
This session will use examples to:
- Find and Identify strategies
- Identify different levels of outcomes
- Provide a few guidelines on how to articulate and align initiatives and outcomes
- Demonstrate the techniques used to create a strategic logic model using simple drawing tools and
