The Requirement Continuum
Presented by: Stewart Mednick
Requirements are dynamic and will change as the project progresses. More requirements may be added as well. But how is this process formalized? How does the product owner, system analyst, solution architect or developer know when a new requirement, or set of requirements are needed and why? what drives this need and how is it satisfied in a consistent manner? The Requirement Continuum is a Development Lifecycle for requirements that will assess user stories, acceptance criteria and QA input to determine if further requirements are needed for the next sprint, for a current feature, or for more clear understanding for development.
Learning Objectives:
- the Continuum cycle
- How each component is determined
- Adaptability of the Requirement Continuum
