Embracing Business Agility

Your organization is pushing for increased business agility, but what do they mean? It is not about switching to an Agile SDLC. Business agility requires a different approach to responding to and managing change across your organization. It requires teams to think and act differently.
In this session, we’ll discuss how the Cynefin Framework framework will help teams decide how to approach change. We’ll examine how managers and analysts need to change their approach and team structures. We’ll also examine how servant leadership, minimum viable products, and “Destination Postcards” can help drive higher value.
