We take a closer look at how you can use rule analysis to create a structured, dynamic, online dialog with an applicant that will help you gather an accurate representation of the facts.
Learn how you can model questions and follow-up questions using easy-to-follow, business-friendly, flowcharts.
Our presentation builds upon ideas we got creating a POC for the Norwegian Directorate of eHealth. Their goal was to speed up the process for scientists to gain access to data from national health registries.

Tobias Vigmostad

Tobias Vigmostad is a lawyer by education and a rule analyst by trade. He has worked with rules, and rules in IT-systems for 11 years, taking on roles as both project manager and as a rule analyst. He is currently the head of the rule analyst department at Decisive AS, a Norwegian IT and consulting company. A typical project for Tobias is helping government agencies analyze rules to prepare them for implementing into decision management systems. He is a vocal ambassador for business rules and decision management in Norway. Tobias is one of the translators of RuleSpeak and translated The Business Rules Manifesto into Norwegian.

Rule Analyst
Decisive AS
Mari Einen Saevik is a lawyer with a business education working as a rule analyst at Decisive AS, a Norwegian IT and consulting company. She just started in rule analysis a year ago. She has been working on creating structured question flows for the Norwegian Directorate of eHealth whose goal is speeding up the process for scientists to gain access to data from national health registries.
