Cloud ERP Drives Innovation: The Role of the Business Analyst

Digital disruption is the business driver in the current technology era. Business Analysis is one of the emerging job functions in the ERP market. This session is a deep dive into the scope and role of Business Analysis in the field of ERP cloud. Business Analysis Core Concept Model can successfully transform a “Business Analysis Coordinator (BAC) to Business Analysis Knight (BAK).
The session will discuss the case study of an ERP upgrade for 190 countries of a global nutrition company. The session will discuss about challenges encountered in the project and how the competency model of BABOK was utilized to complete the project with more than 50% profit margin. The total labor cost dropped by more than 40% and all this was possible because a Business Analysis Knight.
