The Art and Craft of Conquering Traceabilty in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall Projects
Presented by: Ashu Potnis
In this session we will explore how easy it is for Business Analysts to define, manage and visualize traceability in their projects using a modern requirements tool — TopTeam Analyst. You will see how trace links are automatically created simply by referring to requirements or business rules in Acceptance Criteria of User Stories or Flow-of-Events of Use Cases. We will also demonstrate how to create a multi-level traceability matrix and then with one-click get the grand prize — an automatically created trace matrix in Excel format.
