Misti Poynter is a Consultant of Business Analysis for Lincoln Financial Group's Group Protection business. Misti has serves as a champion to enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management initiatives. She works very closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to consult and collaborate to elicit business issues, determine root cause, capture business needs, and identifying process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and improve the quality within Lincoln Financial Group's Group Protection business in order to help achieve organizational goals and strategy. Misti is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and holds her Scrum Master Certification. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems and Process Management from Bellevue University, Bellevue NE. She resides in Elkhorn, NE.
