Karin Lehmann started “Butterfly Business Consulting” in 2013 with the vision of enabling transformational change in individuals, teams and organisations. With the client goal as the starting point, she draws on experience in the fields of Business Analysis, Change Management, Strategic Management, Project Management, Process Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Communication and Training.

Karin holds a degree in psychology and started her career at Cisco Systems in the UK, moving to New Zealand in 2005. Having created and taught a BA course at degree level since 2010 Karin is passionate about inspiring and up-skilling others. Karin sits on the board of the IIBA® New Zealand Chapter as Director at large.
