She was part of the core team that developed the most recent version of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), as well as PMI’s Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practice Guide. Joy co-authored Visual Models for Software Requirements, with Seilevel CEO Anthony Chen, and Software Requirements, 3rd Edition with Karl Wiegers.  She is a sought-after speaker worldwide having presented at national and international conferences as well as a guest lecturer for the Harvard extension school.
