Proven Techniques to Improve Stakeholder Communication

Presented by: Mary Donohue, Jeffrey Brewer

Using the 3 C’s of communication has proven (real examples) to improve communication and save company's money from lost productivity, stress, and reduced opportunities to innovate.  The 3 C's is a disciplined, data-driven approach for eliminating miscommunication. This presentation will demonstrate how to use the 3 C's in conjunction with the '9 conversations', along with knowledge of communication issues among generations to improve project and organizational communications. Projects can become more successful specifically in how we manage stakeholder engagement as well as communication within the team itself.
