Business Analysis — On the Cusp of Change
Presented by: Katie Bolla, Stephen Ashworth
Technology, data and increasingly sophisticated consumers are upending business models, disrupting entire industries and demanding a new way of thinking about business. CEOs and other business leaders need help navigating this increasingly complex business environment, and traditional business analysis skill sets will no longer be sufficient to deliver the value organizations require. This is both the challenge and the opportunity for the business analysis community.
In this session we will discuss:
- The forces that are changing the expectations placed on the business analysis community
- The skill sets that are becoming increasingly important for organizations
- How business analysis practitioners can best expand their role and reach in their organizations
