Reimagining Business Analysis in Digital World!

Is your Tesla a car or a computer? When did your bank turn into a tech company? Are you searching something in Google ‘Now’?
Digital touches all aspects of customer engagement with businesses. Beyond the hype there are real possibilities of organizational changes triggered by customer needs and technology changes. Digital transformation is just not about large IT projects governed by budgetary cycles, it is a series of ongoing programs that together, transform business models. To stay relevant in the context of digital, BA professionals will have to approach digital engagements differently. New capabilities must be developed for digital and the traditional best practices, competencies, tools and techniques will undergo a change in priorities.
Presenter will attempt to establish a common understanding of digital, outline how business strategies are getting impacted by digital, and more specifically, how digital impacts business analysis as a discipline and as a profession. Presentation also provides a practical roadmap for organizations and business analysis professionals to cross the chasm into the digital world.

Ashish has consulted in multiple domains like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Airline, Travel, Manufacturing and Public Sector.
