By facilitating business data modeling with clients, they quickly develop, learn, and understand their own business data model opening them up to significant understanding.

What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?
Challenge norms, question assumptions, and show (visually) what is being discussed. We need to engage people, question what they say and assume, enable them to fail (PTS – permission to suck), and engage all of their senses – especially sight.
