What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?
Top tip 1: Don’t be afraid of your data- learn to understand it, confront it, and use it.
Top tip 2: Ensure your data is sturdy from the source – push fixes as far upstream as possible. Downstream data manipulation allows for discrepancies and errors, which results in bad decision making and re-work.
