• By being selective with how we approached establishing a business rule approach, we were able to take incremental steps to improving our communication and business rule understanding.
• We are able to progressively innovate because each effort we have undertaken is manageable and beneficial to the general IIS community.

What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?

• Be clear in what your objectives are and understand how you will demonstrate the benefits.
• Don’t think you have to do everything at once. Start small with logical, manageable chunks.
