How is your presentation relevant to the theme of this year’s BBC conference: Innovation in the Fast Lane?
Companies want to be successful and fast to market. To support this goal, employees need to be faster than the competition. This mentoring model is an innovative way to experience Business Analysis and grows new Business Analysts to become effective in a shorter timeframe than if they learned to be a BA purely through on the job experience.
