Our presentation is a good example of how an innovated approach based on a modern decision management system oriented to business users helped a large bank to address new business requirements and regulations while ”good old” techniques failed.

• What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?

Don’t ignore hyped technological words that represent “HOW” but before applying them concentrate on your actual business problems that represent “WHAT”. And a good start will be specifying business decisions which potentially could be determined in more optimal way if an innovated technique is applied.
