• How is your presentation relevant to the theme of this year’s BBC conference: Innovation in the Fast Lane?

My tutorial will focus on how organizations can innovate in their business process redesigns by exploiting new technologies. Organizations can now routinely execute work in ways that were impossible in the past. The session will focus on pragmatic new redesign opportunities that can help drive organizational success. In particular, I’ll focus on big process change as the enabler of transformation.

• What are your top tips for companies or employees wishing to innovate?

My session presentation will focus on ways to unleash the potential of employees to more actively contribute to their organization. By working smarter not harder, employees can add more value as they become more engaged in their organization’s purpose. The best innovation ideas come from knowledgeable employees who are deeply engaged by meaningful work. The session will contain tips on how to lift the burden of bad habits and long-time constraints.
